I will be highlighting and sharing practical ways for you to develop and deepen your one on one relationship with Reiki. Concentrating on how to incorporate and learn the great lessons from our Spiritual Precepts of Reiki as an energetic tool to help heal our minds and emotions thus creating healthier mental thought patterns & emotional states. How the precepts can bring more liberation and flow into your life on a daily basis. You will receive a fun and interesting fact or two about one of our Reiki Grand Masters every week, developing a more personalized relationship with them-learning from their Sacred Responsibility to our practice of Reiki as the creator, lineage bearers and guardians. Pinpointing some aspects of the history of Reiki applicable to the teachings. You will be given interactive energy assignments/practices each week, which will be experiential ways to incorporate the lessons from our precepts on a day to day basis thus having the skills to use and refer to for the rest of your life. These energy practices were given to me directly from Reiki during deep reflection and connection. A personal journal will be needed so you can archive the self exploratory outcomes of your assignments and time will be allocated each week to share your findings. The prerequisites for this class is being trained in First Degree/Level 1 and having a dedicated daily Reiki Self Treatment practice or devote to one at this time. This class will follow the time-honored oral tradition teaching method of Reiki, the way our Reiki Grand Masters teach as well as myself, so the western note taking method will not be used. The energetic transference of the teachings from Reiki Master to student will be honored. This is a 2.5 hour training for each of the three class dates. Spiritual Precepts of Reiki Just for today, do not worry Just for today, do not anger Honor your parents, teachers and elders Earn your living honestly Show gratitude to every living thing ~The Spiritual Precepts of Reiki were given to Dr. Usui, our founder, directly from Reiki atop the Sacred Mt. Relearn The Foundational Core Teachings
Welcome back to your practice! If you have already completed your First Degree/Level 1 Reiki Training but feel you need to brush up on the core teachings, this one-on-one refresher course is designed for you. In this personalized, private session, I will review the foundational precepts, we will move through the hand placements for self, mini and full hour professional treatments, hold space and answer any specific questions that have come up since your initial training.
The history of Reiki will be shared, if you should so wish, and the many diverse ways you can use your Reiki will be offered. The Complete Reiki Formula, given to us by our Fourth Grand Master of Reiki Phyllis Furumoto, will be studied.
Because this is a one-on-one class, the entire refresher will unfold completely at your pace and harmonize with your unique needs, helping you regain your confidence and deepen your connection to the practice as you realign with the healing energy.
This offering will be taught in the way I learned in 2006 from my Reiki Master, Shalandra Abbey. This original method is the way our Third Grand Master of Reiki, Mrs. Hawayo Takata began teaching in 1936. No initiations/attunements will be provided since in the original way Reiki was initially taught all initiations/attunements are always done in person. You have already received the initiations, so rest assured you are attuned to Reiki. My Reiki lineage dates back to one of the 22 Reiki Masters Mrs. Takata taught in the 1970's.
This live 1.5 hour zoom class can be scheduled via my online scheduler.
Re-Awaken the Energetic Keys
If you have already stepped onto the path of being a Second Degree Reiki Practitioner but feel your connection to the Sacred Symbols has grown quiet or your practice has faded, this private refresher course has been created to re-awaken the flow.

You will relearn how to how to administer Mental Treatments both for self and others. This is a completely personalized, individual training, so you will relearn at your own pace. Ample time will be spent answering your questions and integrating the wisdom Second Degree offers. As our Fourth Grand Master, Phyllis Furumoto, used to tell her students, "the symbols are like keys that open an energy doorway."
This offering will be taught in the way I learned Second Degree in 2006 from my Reiki Master, Shalandra Abbey. This original method is the way our Third Grand Master of Reiki, Mrs. Hawayo Takata began teaching in 1936. The Second Degree initiation/attunement will not be provided since in the original way Reiki was initially taught all initiations/attunements are always done in person. You have already received the initiation, so rest assured you are connected to the Sacred Symbols of Reiki. My Reiki lineage dates back to one of the 22 Reiki Masters Mrs. Takata taught in the 1970's.

Reiki Practitioner Development
If you are ready to move beyond your foundational training and fully integrate Reiki into a deeper part of yourself, this personalized Reiki Mentorship and Spiritual Development offering provides a sacred, professional container to guide your unique evolution exactly where you are today. Ask me your questions, with the knowledge gained from over 20 years practicing Reiki, 10 years working as the Reiki Master on staff at Meridian Medicine medical clinic in Seattle, I will share what worked for me, and what didn't. In your dedicated one-on-one time, we will bridge the gap from your Reiki Training to refine your intuitive skills, navigate the important responsibility of holding space for others, and build a sustainable, heart-led practice. Blending my practical, real-world experience and 20 years of embodying a life of Reiki, many important lessons and wisdom has been gifted to me from this sacred energy. The time spent is entirely tailored to your personal rhythm and immediate needs—imparting to you the clarity, confidence, actionable guidance and spiritual grounding needed to step authentically into a more meaningful life or your sacred calling.

Divine guidance is always available to us but our inward and outward distractions keep us stuck in a perpetual loop of worry, fear, doubt and other uphelpfull emotions & mental patterning. In this state of being, we inadvertently block the divine energetic guidance. Problems, issues and other unaligned circumstances can easily find their way into our lives when we stop trusting our inner compass and spiritual discernment.

At the pivotal point when you begin living a life devoted to your Reiki and Spiritual Practices your inner essence, your soul, becomes more finely tuned as your connection to Sacred Source becomes amplified. It is in this space your path transcends into a more effortless flow and you start to trust in this energetic guidance, allowing yourself to transform and intuitively seek what feels most in alignment with who you are in this vibrationally elevated state. You begin to understand that moving with and in this organically manifested sacred energy flow is the way forward, rather than working against it.
Diane is an ordained interfaith non-denominational minister and Reiki is her ministry. Immediately after being ordained as a minister in the sacred Iao Valley of Maui, she was spiritually called to begin her training as a Reiki Master.

Peeling Back Layers of the Reiki Onion
"In Diane’s Deep Dive Into Reiki course she peels back layers of the Reiki onion and provides context to one’s own healing in a way that both offers guidance but also shows just how much ocean there is beneath us. This is a powerful and beautiful and deeply healing course. I found the tools and techniques she provided to be liberating in my own self-treatments, and they’ve provided a deeper understanding of the messages that Reiki offers me. My self-treatments have become more conversational as a result, and I feel empowered to more freely explore the information and suggestions I receive in them. This is an aptly named course, and there’s a depth to be found here that I feel like I’m just starting to scratch the surface of."
