Back to your Roots: Another Gift from Reiki

The shifting into a time of equality where day and night exist in perfect symmetry is approaching. In resonance with the dimming of the daylight, an invitation to draw energy back to our roots is presented. In this time of equilibrium we are gifted with an opportunity to balance our physical state of flow with emotional requirements. A type of illumination occurs, mirroring the active (masculine) with the passive (feminine) cultivating a more balanced state of being.

Contained within this change of season is born an opening, an introspection of what we have cultivated during the outwardly expression of summer. Be it personal growth, discovering what brings us joy, relationship or work achievement, healthier habits or perhaps some of the contrary.

Autumn is the ancestral season of the harvest, bringing forth the gift of inner reflection. It is with divine grace the strongly rooted trees unabashedly let go of their leaves with utter trust and surrender, conserving their energy for the coming winter. We too are prompted to relinquish what no longer serve us, our heavy burdens, unhelpful patterns, anything that doesn't fortify our spiritual vitality. The sublime frequencies we anchor in for ourselves are the seeds we will plant for new growth in the Spring.
